Fundraising and Foundersations
It’s been a busy month for our portfolio companies here at Social Leverage! Some quick updates below:
We are excited to announce a new addition to our portfolio. Introvoke, a Bay Area based recent Techstar Accelerator graduate, raised $2.7M in funding. It offers an embeddable solution that enables any business to host live experiences on their own web property through a robust suite of video communication components. You can read Gary’s post for more details.
Logixboard, a customer experience platform for freight forwarders, raised $13M in Series A funding. We’re very excited to be partnering Redpoint Ventures’ Annie Kadavy who led the round. Business Insider has additional detail and coverage.
1upHealth, a cloud platform for digitizing health records, raised $25M in Series B, led by F-Prime Capital Partners. This new infusion of capital will help them in further strengthening their FHIR connectivity and compute platform. They were also recently named by Gartner as a “cool vendor in Healthcare Interoperability” for their FHIR platform.
We kicked off Social Leverage Foundersations with Erik Groset, CEO of Fantasy Sports Co., a data analytics platform for online sports gambling. They are currently doing a crowd equity fundraise via Seedinvest.
Nayya, an insurance benefits and management platform, announced its strongest quarterly results to date. Their platform links more than 3 billion external data points to offer curated and confidential guidance on topics such as selecting voluntary benefits, comparing different health insurance options, HSA/401(K) education, and finding cost-effective healthcare.
